LQA’s Lean Enterprise offering assists executives to apply the Toyota Production System, personalized to their enterprise. This system can be used in production or service firms and it has yielded phenomenal improvements in throughput, costs, and waste. Through your choice of training, doing or implementation projects, our certified leaders are effective in improving your business.

LQA's Lean Enterprise Workshops are offered by certified instructors and are available on your site to reduce your workforce's lost time due to travel.

Value-Stream Mapping - As a strategic management tool, a team made up of line workers, supervisors, managers and executives “learn to see” the value stream, to document it using a common iconic language and to identify areas where performance can be improved. Attention is also directed to how the improvements can be planned and managed, especially by using the Kaikaku or Kaizen event.
Principles of the Toyota Production System (with live simulation) - Through a mix of classroom and live simulation, participants learn to reduce cycle time up to 90%, improve on-time shipments up to 90%, reduce WIP up to 90%, improve quality up to 50%, and reduce floor space up to 75%. By the end of the session, participants will have transformed a traditional production or office environment into one utilizing lean concepts.
