QMS Auditing – ISO-9000/TS-16949 Audits:

• Gap Analysis Audits - This audit is conducted by an internationally certified auditor and assesses your operation compared to the appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) standard. This determines your current compliance against the standard and includes a work plan to gain full compliance. If you plan to become registered, or if you only need to be compliant, this is step one.
• Pre-Assessment Audits - This audit is used before the full third-party registration audit for the purpose of finding and fixing prior to an actual registration audit.
• External Audits - These audits utilize internationally certified auditors to evaluate your quality systems compliance to the chosen standard.
• Outsourced Internal Audits - These audits utilize our internationally certified auditors to perform your internal audit function. We shall perform exactly as your internal auditors, only better and at lower cost. You can maintain full compliance with ISO-9001:2008.
• Supplier Audits - These are utilized by your management to assess and improve the quality assurance systems of existing or proposed supplier(s). ~
