LQA’s Six Sigma offering is a full range of services that allow small to medium sized companies (SMEs) to attain performance equivalent to large companies; while still maintaining small staffs. We can provide all levels of support from: consulting, doing and ‘to managing your projects.’

• Green Belt or Black Belt consulting service - Our staff members provide custom coaching, consulting, and facilitation to assist your firm to execute and complete the DMAIC based projects.
• Six Sigma execution service - This service provides our staff members to execute a pre-defined, DMAIC based project. This will allow your firm to reach its strategic goals when your skill-set is not yet in place. 
• Six Sigma project management - This service provides our staff members to do custom: Planning, Organizing, Directing, Control and Evaluation of an entire project, using the DMAIC model and your Quality Management System. This approach can be used for production, engineering, design or other project management needs within your company.  This can satisfy your plans to reach certain strategic goals without the necessity for a full-time hire and its attendant cost.

Important for selecting a “belt”: Please be aware that for the Green Belts and Black Belts to maintain professional certifications, projects must bring value to the clients. At the completion of projects we will ask for joint signatures on an affidavit to satisfy providers of certification (RABQSA or ASQ).
